Initial Registration We coordinate the initial registration of your pipeline data with the Alberta and BC 1-Call agencies, as well as the preparation of your Schedule C’s and Member’s Agreement.

Compliance Assurance Regular pipeline data updates are crucial to minimizing risk and remaining compliant. We monitor your pipeline activities— construction, acquisitions, and divestitures—and ensure that everything is captured and updated.

Ticket Management We manage your 1-Call Tickets on your behalf, directing them to the appropriate District Offices and Locate Companies, and reconciling the Daily Audits to ensure that no tickets ‘fall through the cracks.’

Reports & Statistics We provide Monthly Ticket Activity Reports, as well as quarterly and annual Statistics which can be used for Risk Assessments and forecasting.

Risk Assessment A Risk Assessment can be conducted one your existing 1-Call process to identify any areas of vulnerability.
